more of presley's story

Our precious great niece, Presley Renee is now one week post surgery.  Her Mommy & Daddy were able to finally hold her again a couple days ago.  We were all happy about that!  They were even told that she may come home in as a little as 1 month rather than 3!  God is so good.

She will have a home nurse daily to help with her care once she is home.  Her Mommy & Daddy have been strong and positive and can't wait to be a family outside of the hospital.

She has little chicken legs and long feet and toes.  It's adorable.  She is completely perfect.

Jason and I were able to visit her last weekend while we were in Columbus.  It was awesome and we are all in love.

We continue to pray for Presley to breathe and eat on her own…for complete healing.  I have felt God's presence in a mighty way since the day she was born.  Perspective is a wonderful thing and in times like this, so much of this crazy life becomes clear.  Jesus is all we need.  He is truly all that matters.  So many people have been on their knees crying out to God because of this tiny little life.  He has already used her in amazing ways and we know there is so much more to come.

Jason played this song one night after some tough news about Presley.  I want this to be the anthem of my life and I simply can't wait for precious baby Presley to learn about her Savior...
