baby rides a two wheeler

We had some unseasonably warm days this winter and Violet had been asking Jason to take off her training wheels for months so he finally did one warm day in February.  

He had given her some time without the pedals too just as we did with the others to give her a chance to learn the balance aspect.  She mastered that pretty quick and was ready to try the real deal.

With some pushes from Daddy and encouragement from us both, she didn't take long to completely master it.

 It wasn't even very long after that she was starting and stopping on her own. And just like that, we had another two wheel bike rider in the family.  It would be the last time we watched the magic of learning to ride on two wheels.  

She has always been trying to keep up with those big kids and she doesn't stay too far behind.  A determined and strong little thing, she fights until she figures something out.  She does not mess around and I love that about her.
