Our kids have been doing "trick shows" for awhile now, but I haven't really taken many pictures of the action, just video. So the other night at the beginning of a very exciting and much anticipated trick show, I threw Violet to Jason, grabbed the camera, and started snapping. The pictures are crazy but absolutely must be recorded. I love it.
Trick shows in our zoo home always begin with the pledge of allegiance. Avery is the only one that actually knows it but the little ones do a decent job of acting like they do. It's comical.
There have even been tickets made and given out to attend the trick show. It's kind of a big deal.
After the pledge, the madness begins and tricks are performed all over the living room floor.
You never know what may happen during a trick show but it never fails to be seriously great entertainment for Jason, Violet, and I.
Mia is a new addition to the trick shows and she is quite proud of herself.
The trick show goes on until Jason and I finally realize it is past bedtime and we have to put an end to the tricks. I sure hope they continue to perform trick shows for a long time to come

My children are now 32, 30 and 25. How I wish I had the technology back then to record moments like these. We didn't know if the picture came out good or blurry for days!
I did my best though and have albums upon albums, but what fun it would have been to have digital.
Your family is just precious.
That's hysterical! I would love to see video. :)
I love your new blog header photo!
